Is it better to stare at a monitor with more background light or less?!
Question: Is it better to stare at a monitor with more background light or less!?
Right now I can control how much light is in the room so I usually tend to make it darker, but I was wondering if it was better for your eyes if you read/looked at it in a brighter room than a darker one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
