I have "earthquake vision" at times. Does that mean I have nystagmus?!

Question: I have "earthquake vision" at times!. Does that mean I have nystagmus!?
it happens when I stare at something for too long (at the computer screen, at the priest giving his sermon in church, at someone talking just 5 feet away) & it usually occurs when I didn't get enough hours of sleep!. is it just a minor eye strain!? I haven't seen an opthalmologist yet, but I plan to one of these days!.!.!.

I got the term "nystagmus" from strawberry921 in http://answers!.yahoo!.com/question/index!?!.!.!. & Googled it along with other medical/optical terms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, it is probably eye strain!. It is very unlikely to be nystagmus, nystagmus is usually fairly easy to spot, you would already know if you had it and you would probably also have very poor vision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
