Question: Two eye exams in two months with different results
In May my exam by Dr!. A his prescription reads:
Right eye: SPH -125 CYL -25 AXIS 140
My vision was worse (right eye) with these glasses, so I had Dr!. A re-examine me with the same results!.

In July I went to Dr!. B his prescription reads:
Right eye: SPH -125 CYL 50 AXIS 40
I haven
Answers:
You didn't put the sign in front of the !.50 on the July exam!.

If that Dr!. wrote it in the + form, rather than - like the first one, it would be converted to -0!.75 - 0!.50 X 130!.!.!.

So, if it is in the + form, your myopia correction is quite different than the first one, and would make a big difference

If it is also in the - form, like the first one, then the axis of your astigmatism correction has changed by 100 degrees by his findings!.!.!.!.which is like " fine tuning", and would make a fair difference also!.!.!.however, the power is almost the same, if the 2nd prescription is in the - !.50 form already!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
