Question: I'm scared I'll go blind!?!
I'm 13, and I'm nearsighted!. My vision keeps getting worse, will it get to a point where I can become blind!?! I'm really freaking out here! I have glasses already too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Shortsightedness wont cause any blindness, there are lots of people around who have the same condition as yours!. (Like me :))
Shortsightedness will come up to a point and it will slow down or stop for most people!.
But always protect and care for your eyes and have eye exams at least every 2 years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nearsightedness will not cause blindness!. Our vision constantly changes as we age!.!.!. that's natural!. We all stand a chance of going blind, though, from a multitude of things that could happen to us!. Stop worrying and follow your doctor's directions; and always wear your glasses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, you won't go blind!. When you are about 15 you should try contact lenses, it's better for the eye than glasses, it arrests the loss of vision a bit!.

Don't wear glasses they make your eyes depend on them and get worse for a day just try not using your glasses for 2 days things should improve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
