How to improve my near sight..I use specs?!
Question: How to improve my near sight!.!.I use specs!?
Answers:
once you've damage your eyes to make it near sighted there really isn't a way to "heal" it or "improve" it unless you do a laser eye surgery!. But there are ways to prevent it from getting worse by doing things like,
- making sure you take a 15min rest for your eyes by looking at green stuff for every hour you watch TV, computer!.
- making sure you sleep atleast 8 hours everyday
- making sure you get a eye check ATLEAST every 2 years
- watching only 2 hours of TV, computer
- holding the book 28cm away from your eyes
- reading in bright light
- and apparently if you put the comnputer monitor lower its better for your eyes!.
There are so contact lenses that can prevent near sightness i heard so you might want to find more info about this~
