Do you have any tips to make putting in my contacts easier?!

Question: Do you have any tips to make putting in my contacts easier!?
I am 17, and after wearing glasses for 10 years I have finally moved to contacts!. I was able to put them in and take them out earlier just fine, but after I took them out to clean them I have had major difficulty putting them back in!. They are Acuvue Oasys lenses, and my optometrist said that I need to put them in and take them out daily and dispose of them after 30 days (for a new pair)!. Do you have any tips to make it easier for me to put in my contacts without stabbing my eye!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I hold the lens on my index finger and hold my lower lid with the middle finger!. When I first had difficulty getting them in I looked to the side (away from the approaching finger) and gently moved my finger to my eye!. Contacts are drawn to moisture so they'll stick to your eye easily once in contact with it!. If it isn't centered at this point try closing your eyes for a moment!. Usually they slide into place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My daughter has the one month disposable lenses too that she just got in May!.
She puts them in a solution at night and then puts them in !.!.in the morning!.!.(we did not know to use a different solution in the morning!.!.No one told us!.!.!.Her eyes were tearing up so we bought some solution that is not harsh that she rinses them with in the morning!.!.Don't know if you have this problem at all)
Make sure you reach your arm around and basically lay it on top of your head!.!.grasp carefully your upper eyelid lashes to move them out of the way by pulling upward slightly (this was a problem for my daughter because the lense kept getting caught on her lashes) use finger from the hand with contact on it to gently pull down on lower lid!.
The lady that told her how to put them in puts hers in slightly lower than where they belong and then blinks them into place!. Might try that!. My daughter just gently pushes the contact onto her eye very gently!.
If you can't seem to do it right away!.!.take a breather and try again!. It seemed like she got better as time goes on, although every once in awhile it takes a few times!.!.!.a lot it seems to have to do with the contact being the right direction!.!.!.it's really such a slight difference when looking at them!.
Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
