Contacts rub your eyes every time you blink, which is why you should always take them out at night to prevent a tear that could get infected!.

I have worn contacts for at least three years, and I have not have any problems with my eye-sight!. I use contacts that is slightly below my prescription level, since I do a lot of up-close things and that method pretty much eliminated changes in my eye sight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
