From the time I was about 13, my eye doctor urged my father to get me into rigid lenses, because my prescription was changing about every 6 months!. Dad didn't listen, but Mom did!. When I was 15, she did what the doctor said, and I didn't need new ones until I was about 18!. So yes, I believe rigid gas permeable lenses do in fact keep your eyes from changing too rapidly, especially while your body is rapidly changing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
