Question: Contact lens Help!?!?!?!?!?
im so PISSED!.!.!.lol!.!.!.so i got some contcts tried repeatdly to put them in and couldnt do it!.!.!.and now ive LOST one for good and i just got them yesterday and I paid for them!!!!.!.!.!.so before i even get another pair if i do!.!.!.lol!.!.!.(i might just stick to glasses)!.!.how in the hell do u put the things in and take them out!?!?!? any tips or adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com

just relax and dont stress about it, if you're tense it'll make it worse!. If you can't manage at one point just wear your glasses for a bit and when you have relaxed and your eyes aren't watering try again!. Make sure you look straight ahead and don't look at your finger if you can help it because that might make you more likely to flinch and miss your eye! Don't worry though, you'll get used to it as you use them more and more!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
first off, most eye doctors offices will replace a lost contact, as long as you dont go in asking all the time for one!. i think they would especially understand since you just started!.!.!.just have patience! it takes some time and it IS frustrating but you will get used to itWww@Answer-Health@Com
