Question: I've just been diagnosed with mild Glaucoma, & am scared!. My!.!.!.
progressive lensed glasses cost over $400 and I'm moving out of state the middle of September!. Since I'm also having Catarak surgery (last eye is 8/19), I'll get the new glasses Rx about a week before I move frm my eye surgeon!. I'll ask her, but what do you all think I should do in the meantime!? Wear OTC reading glasses to read!? and a different pair to use the computer!? These glasses are burning my eyes BAD!.!.!.suggestions please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Glaucoma will not affect your glasses prescription!.
However, you will likely need new glasses after the cataract surgery and the prescription for them won't be valid until about 5 weeks after surgery!. OTC readers might work, it depends on the prescription!. Your eye doctor will be able to tell you if OTC readers will work!.
