First time getting contacts?!
Question: First time getting contacts!?
Im getting contacts soon and Im extrememly nervous!. I get this really bad feeling in my stomach!. I hate touching my eye and I cant even imagine taking it out! I know you dont really touch your eye!. Whats the easiest way to take out contact lenses!? (other then pinching it or moving it down ten pinching it)!. Will putting my face in a bowl of water then opening my eyes take out the contacts!? I REALLY dont want my fingers anywhere near my eye!.
and if for some stupid reason I can get the contacts out of my eye when I try it out at the doctors office will the doc take it out!?!.!.!.!.and/or put it in if I cant!.
I have glasses but theres is NO WAY Im going to wear them in public!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Taking out contacts: Slide the contact all the way to the side and the contact should come out all alone!. Try wearin the Focus Night and Days!. These contacts you wear them for 30days and you don't have to take them out every night!. you will just have to take it out once a month!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
