Question: My eyes are 20/25 in one eye and 20/20 in the other!.!.!.

It just means that what you can see from 20 feet in that eye, your better eye can see just as clearly from 25 feet!. MIniscule difference!.

You would need glasses but you don't need to use them if you can see and manage well without them!. My left eye is 20/20 and my right eye is 20/200 and only use my glasses when I want to see distance even though I can go without them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Usually not with vision that good!. If your dr prescribes glasses for the rx, I think he is just scamming you!.

There would be just a very minor correction for one eye!.!.!.which usually wouldn't be necessary unless it bothers you for some reason!.
