Answers:
It is the invisible radiation particule that comes out of the screen that effect the mess with the eyes!.

A way to almost completly negate the drop in eyes sight is to watch the TV from far of!. Or if you are playing computers, dont stick your face to close!.

Like me, i have a 26 inches flatscreen TV for my computer monitor!. I always stay at least 3 to 4 foot far away from my screen!.

A 19 inches monitor is good enough for you to stick at about 2 - 3 feet!.

Only indicative values tough, the radiation might change from the energy consumption of your screen!. If it is high, alot of rad comes out!.

A good way to heal eyes sight damage or drop is to:

- Take a pause of 15 minutes each hours of Video Gaming/ watching a screen!.

- Blink for a few seconds from time to time!. (Your crystalin will refocus)

- Sleep well each night!. 7 to 8 hours is normally good and average!.

- Eat food with vitamines that heals the eyes/ keep them in shape!. (source)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may give you eyestrain but that's about it!. Eyesight is determined by the size and shape of your eye!. Computers and TVs can't effect these factors!.

People who are nearsighted or farsighted need glasses to help light focus into their eyes where it needs to be for them to see clearly!. For these people, their eyes focus light too much or too little for the length of their eyes!. This is due to genetic and environmental factors!.

There isn't really much you can do to change your eyesight or prevent it from worsening!. A healthy diet will help keep your eyes healthy, too, but will not do anything for your visual acuity!. Glasses and contacts can help you see clearly if you need them, and laser surgery is a more permanent option for some people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
