yea thats totally 100% normal!. everybody who wears contacts feels that!. the thing is u shud have special eye drops to pop in to keep ur eyes moist!. contacts block oxygen from fully bathing ur eyes so its natural for them to be irritated after a long time!.

I have the same problem sometimes, especially when my disposable lenses get old!. I just drop in some saline solution from a travel-size bottle and then blink it out, that always helps!. Also, when I first started wearing lenses my doctor said I should take them out after 8-10 hours and wear glasses, like at night after class or work!. That gives your eyes a break and lets them get oxygen!. One tip: Never sleep in them!! It's not worth the pain and gooey yuckiness that come out!. Besides, you will need the practice to touch your eyes every morning and night :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
sometimes you go through dry stages!. I think its only temporary but if it persists maybe you should change your perscriptions!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
