Answers:
Glare from computer monitors often cause your eye to feel dry, cause you to feel fatigued, and blur your vision!.

There's a line of anti-glare glasses, made specifically for the computer user!. http://www!.vscomputerglasses!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com

Talk about a scam!.!.!.!.!.those computer glasses from the link above!.

You don't get " glare" from a computer screen unless you are wearing glasses!.!.!.the glare happens on your lenses , not in your eyes!.

On the old CRT monitors with a glass screen, there were always lots of reflections on the screen that were tiring, but the LCD monitors don't have that problem!.

2nd, they make a false claim that dangerous UV rays are coming from the monitor!.!.!.that is not true!.

About all you can really do is be sure to take very frequent breaks from the screen , to let your eyes refocus at distant objects!.

Get in the habit of looking away from the monitor for a few seconds, every few minutes!.!.!.just look across the room !. Then a good 10 minute break every hour at the most!.!.!.!.and keep your monitor as far away as possible , at least 28 inches is recommended at most health sites concerning computers!.

The reason for 28 inches has nothing to do with any dangerous rays either, it is so that your eyes aren't " working" to accomodate for close vision continually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perfect sight is 20/20!. That said!.
There are tinted screens you can get that cover the whole monitor!. Sorry I don't know where to get one, but the lady i bought my computer from had one!. Also all monitors have dimmer switches so the screen won't be so bright, but that might make it difficult to read some pages!. So first try turning down the contrast or brightness and see if that helps!. You should know right away if it makes it better or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Computers and TV will not damage your eyes!. If you are becoming myopic, it is due to genetics, not computers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no it may amplify the computer imagery which may cause more strainWww@Answer-Health@Com
