This question is really up to you!. If you want to wear them everday, then do so!. I suggest that you at least wear them when you need to!. I can't tell from you asked if you are nearsighted or farsighted by that prescription, but if you are nearsighted then you should wear them when you need to see distance such as driving a car!.
