Well, you can if the frame is the identical model to the one you already have, otherwise the new frame would have to be a bit smaller than your old one, so the lenses can be recut to fit it!.

If the new frame is smaller in shape than your old one then your lenses can be cut to fit your new frame!. Your prescription may have changed so it would be a good time to get your eyes checked as you may need new lenses as well as a new frame!.
