Question: Soft contact lenses !?
i just got soft contacts and i wanted to know hwo you were supposed to leave it for the night!. i know you put the liquid they gave you that cleans it, in the lens case and leave it for the night!. but before you do that do you wash your lens with water first or just put it in the case!? because wont rubbing it in water tear it !? and also how long can you keep it on !? and any other information on it would help!. thanks !Www@Answer-Health@Com

You absolutely do not want to wash your lenses with water! The contact lens solution they provide and that you will later purchase has special ingredients in it that are safe for keeping your lenses clean!. Make sure you wash your hands though both before and after removing your lenses!. When you remove the lens from your eye, pour a small amount of liquid in your palm and rub the lens in it to wash off all the stuff that collected while it was in your eye!. Make sure you always keep each lens in the same holder (designated left or right) as well to reduce risk of dirtying the lenses!. Usually you want to build your eyes up to getting used to wearing contacts, so your doctor usually will tell you to not wear them the full day at first and to gradually build up the amount of time you wear them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First remove the right lens, lay it in the palm of your hand and spray it with solution, rub it gently then put it in the case,pour contact solution over the lens until it is completely covered!.Repeat with the other lens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, never ever eave it i the eye overnite!. Leave it in the multi purpose solution!. Rub it for about 10 sec each side for botht he lenses!. Soak it in the solution for at least 4hrs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
