i am using lense 4 first time !.!.maximum hw much time v can wear it!.!. i dont know correct measures 2 clean the lense and lense case !.!. is it safe 2 wear lense in driving!.!.!. plz reply soon!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to talk to an eye doctor about this!. Only your doctor can tell you how long you need to be wearing them for based on your eyes and the type of contacts!. You need to be taught in person how to put them in, take them out, clean them, and store them!. Please see a professional!. If you have glasses, I suggest you wear them until you can be properly educated on contacts!.
In the meantime if you must wear them, don't sleep in them!. Most lenses are not approved for sleep!.
If they are soft lenses, when you take them out, rinse them with contact solution and gently rub them in the palm of your hand!. Put them in the case with plenty of fresh solution!. When you take the lenses out of the case to wear them, rinse and rub them with solution again!. Dump the solution out of the case and rinse it with contact solution!. Leave the case to air dry during the day!. NEVER use water on soft lenses or soft lens cases!. ONLY use contact solution!.
If they are hard lenses, you will need either a multipurpose solution for hard lenses or a kit of cleaning solutions!. The kit usually comes with a cleanser (red cap), a saline rinse, and some conditioning solution!. Use the cleanser to rub the contact in your hand and the saline to rinse it off!. Put some conditioning solution on the lens before you put it in your eye!. NEVER put a lens with cleanser on it in your eye; always make sure to rinse it off first!. Water is okay to use to rinse off hard lenses!.
And yes, they are safe to wear while driving as long as you are comfortable in them and you have clear vision both near and far!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Using contact lenses can be very irritating initially but then once you get used to the procedures of using it should be ok!.!.

while wearing contacts, eye movements like rotating the eye ball in diff directions should be practiced regularly !.!. that helps a lot
