Answers:
That measurement is just your visual acuity , which gives a good indication that you need a correction!.

6/36 means that at 6 meters, you can only see what a normal eye can see at 36 meters
6/60 means that at 6 meters, you can only see what a normal eye can see at 60 meters!.

Why do you think 6/60 is as bad as it can get !?!.!.!.it could be much worse than that yet!.

With glasses / contacts, they should normally have you right back up to 6/6

first of all thanks for your ginous question because no body really want to know what is that mean
about minus that mean myopia (farsightedness)
when we say 6 meter or 20 feet that is the infinty of optical vision
we make this number in the top of fruction that mean the (patient) see letters in 6 meter length but the normal people see the same letter in 60 or 36 or what ever (the buttom of the fruction)
about 6/60 there is worse than thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

this sounds like you were possibly reading on a card for near vision, were you!?!?
I would not rely on what the school said, go to your dr!. and have a real eye exam!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ophthalmologist is your best bet they are medical doctors and have more knowledge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
