What are those little dots on signs and elevator buttons?!
Question: What are those little dots on signs and elevator buttons!?
Sometimes I see these little dots under elevator buttons, and I feel them but they feel like pop up dots and things!. I heard in some movie that they are for the blind!. But how do they know what they stand for!? Do they have to learn them!? How can I learn them!? Have you ever seen these!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

blind people learn braille from a young age, or from when they are diagnosed as legally blind!. The system of dots really isn't all that difficult to learn when you know how each letter is represented!. Blind people can read entire books written in braille, but to you and me it would just feel like a bunch of dots!. Really quite fascinating!Www@Answer-Health@Com
it's braille, it uses combinations of dots in different positions to represent a different letter of the alphabet!. they're basically everywhere in public places, and yes, the blind do have to learn them, you can probably find out more at organizations that help the blindWww@Answer-Health@Com
Its called brail and the blind are taught to read it!. Each dot or series of dots represents a letter, word or number!.

braille, its for blind people, they feel the dots with they fingers!. certain sequences of dots mean letters!. so they can read with their fingersWww@Answer-Health@Com
