Look away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes!. Take longer breaks every hour or so if you are on for a long time!.
Have adequate room lighting, but make sure there is no glare on the screen!.
Have the screen at least arm's length away, further if possible!.
Keep your eyes lubricated by using rewetting drops or blinking often!.
