It could say a wide variety of things!. There is no real correlation between the 20/xx number and the prescription value, particularly if any astigmatism is involved (as it is in most Rx's)
Anything from +4!.00 DS to -1!.75 DS, with astigmatism from 0 to about -2!.50 DC, in certain combinations, perhaps!.
