Question: I am having very bad headaches when I read or use the computer!?

yes, just go in and explain!. your supposed to get one yearly anyways, and thats almost a year!. if not, just get non-prescription reading glasses, they'll keep the soreness to a minumum!. also, time spent staring at the screen is also a factor, for every hour, take a fifteen minute break to say, get a snack, or washroom break or something!. then go back for another hour!. that usually helps me out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well, you could be sitting too close, you should be at least a meter back!. or you could be sitting there for too long!.
also, turn the backlight of your screen down, that makes it alot less glarey and easier to look at!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just go to the doctor and get a physical!. I work on-line and get migraines all the time!. Maybe it's bad lighting!. Sorry, I wasn't very helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get an LCD monitor those old ones are bad for your eyes because of the screen refresh rate is usually low and it is like watching a flicker or looking into a flourescent lite bulbWww@Answer-Health@Com
