Question: Eye scratched maybe help!!!!!!!!?

Okay i don't know what to do here!. I had some trouble taking out a contact lens and my fingernail nicked my eye a little bit!. now there's two teeny red marks on my eye near the bottom, though they don't hurt and theyre not bleeding!. Is this serious, or am i freaking out for nothing!?
Oh, and can i put some visine in it!?

The general rule of thumb with eye injuries is if you can still see fine, you'll be fine!. I've seen people get poked in the eye really really hard and they were ok eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
