Question: Contact lens, Multi Purpose Solution!?
When i read on my Opti-Free express solution, it says " No seperate enzyme cleaner required if used daily"
Does that mean if SOAKED daily!? or just rinsed daily!?
Also, my contacts are day and night breathable lenses which sometimes i don't really soak for 3to 5 days and sleep with them!. So in that case do i need a seperate enzyme cleaner because i'm obviously not using the solution DAILY!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The trick to having comfortable eyes and avoiding infections in overnight wear lenses, is take them out at least once a week, and give them a good rub with multi-purpose solution (15 secs either side) then leave them overnight in the solution!. This should help them feel great and keep yur eye infection free!!
Enzyme cleaner is not usually needed for most people, your optometrist will be able to tell you if you need it or not!.

I would use a protein remover made by alcon's opti-free called supra clens for whenever you do take out your contacts!. Over time a layer of protein builds up on your contacts from tears and such then it causes your contacts to become fuzzy, supra clens removes that making the contacts feel alot better on your eyes!. Whenever you take out your contacts, put them in your opti free express solution and add one drop of supra clens to each lens and let it soak for at least 6 hours!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Opti free is meant if you soak your contacts EVERY night for at least 6 hours!. Since you are not doing that I would recommend Clear Care!. It's in a purple/bluish box!. It's like a peroxide and you can soak your contacts in there for 6 hours and your good for a week!.

it is fine to use for cleaning and storing!.!.!.you dont need the seperate cleaner!. I use the same brand myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
