How long after surgery can i wear contacts?!

Question: How long after surgery can i wear contacts!?
Had my squint corrected on Tuesday!. Still a little bloodshot, but it doesn't hurt at all now!. Just wondering when I can start wearing soft contact lenses again (im currently wearing my glasses and i can see alot better with my contacts)!. I'm not expecting straight away lol, but anyone got a rough idea of how long after!? I would ask my consultant, but unfortunately my post-op check up has been moved to november (bit late isnt it!?) so i wont have chance!.
Thanks alot

I would think when the redness goes away, as they didnt operate on your cornea, it shouldnt be a problem!. But just ring up your doc, they should be able to tell you over the phoneWww@Answer-Health@Com
