what ever you do don't lie to get a free eye test by saying a relative has glaucoma!.!.!. the NHS do thorough checks and there may be consequences if you have lied!.
You get a free eye test on the NHS if:
* you are under 16
* you are under 19 and in full time education
* you are over 40 and are the brother/sister/child of somone who has glaucoma
*your diabetic or you have glaucoma
*your on benefits (such as tax credits, pension credit, income support)
* you have a complex lense ( if your prescription is over -10!.00 or +10!.00!.
If not keep an eye out in the paper and magazines, somtimes specsavers offer free eye test vouchers when you buy a pair of specs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get free eye tests every year on the NHS @ any Optician!.
If you are over Forty years of age, just tell them you had a parent who had Glaucoma & this entitles you to a free eye test!.
My Father had Glaucoma & so did my Grand-Mother!.
So I am entitled!.
