What to do when wanting to remove contact lenses?!
Question: What to do when wanting to remove contact lenses!?
I'm 15 and I just got mine and the eye person said that today, i have to wear it for 5 hours!. i just got it but i need to shower!. how do i carefully place the contact lenses inside with the liquid and all!? what is the procedure!? and when wanting to wear contact lenses and getting them out of the case, what do i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first thing you're gonna want to do is wash your hands!. After this, carefully use the middle finger of the hand you don't usually use and push your bottom eyelid out away from your iris(the colored part)!. The using your thumb and forefinger of your dominant hand pinch the contact and pull away from your eye!. This is the process for gas permeable lenses(the soft ones)!. Once it is out rinse with the solution in your palm and drop into your case, use enough solution to cover the lens-repeat with other eye!. Keep the case closed tightly and allow to set a minimum of 4 hours before reinserting!. Hope that helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
You have to take your thumb and pointer finger and kind of grab it off your eye!. Then you set them in the liquid!. To put them in you have to open your eye really wide and hold it open with your fingers while you use your pointer finger to place it in your eye!. Your eye doctor should have talked you through the procedure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

put your finger on your eye!. (the part where the contact is!.)
& at the same time pull the contact down & look up!.
you need to get it off your colored part & then pinch it out!.
dont ever pinch if its on your colored part!.
you could damage your eye!.
then clean it in your hand with some solution & put it in the case & then put solution in the case!.
to put them in;
just take it out of your case make sure its not inside out & then put it in!.
(MAKE SURE YOU CLEAN YOUR CASE WITH WATER AFTER YOU PUT THEM IN!.)
& never sleep with them in!!!!!! i got an eye infection & almost went blind in one eye cause i slept with them in too many times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
