Need Help. Which doctor is the best for eye problems?!

Question: Need Help!. Which doctor is the best for eye problems!?
I'm really confuse which doctor should i go to!. Should i go to an optometrist or an ophthalmologist!? My eyes right now are kind of a blurry when i look straight ahead on the blackboard, the blackboard is like 20-30 feet away from where i am sitting at!. So guys please help me!. If you guys need my age, i'm 15 yrs old right now!. I use the computer for only 4 hrs or less than that!. And I've been researching on how to improve your eyesight!. I got to eat carrots, squash and all those veggies!. Then my Aunt told me to take Vitamin A capsules so it could make my eyesight better!. I don't even know if i'm nearsighted (myopia) because when everything is close to my eyes like 1 feet away from my eyes they are clear!. When I look at something like 10-15 feet away from me it's still clear!. But if it's 20-30 feet away from me it's all blurry and it's like reflecting a bit!. But couple of years ago I can still see a sign board really clear and no blurries and its like 40 feet away from me!. Please Please Help me guys!. And please add up what are the vitamins and foods that could improve your eyesight better!. Thank You and May God Bless You!.

Tnx!.!.!.

Answers:
Yep optometrist is the way to go, ophthalmologists are for more serious eye diseases, and can be referred to if needed!.
Vitamin A does help you see, (and is found as beta carotene in carrots), however you only need tiny amounts for the eye to function normally!.

As for other fruits and vegetables, they are good for you as the contain (among many other good things such as vitamins) antioxidants which can help prevent some eye diseases, as well as many other conditions in the whole body!.

So eat all the fruit and vegetables you can, and you prob wont even need the vitamin tablets, as the fruit and vegetables have lots of the vitamins you on a day to day basisWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you have a serious eye condition, which you probably don't, you just need to see an optometrist!. They can also refer you to an ophthalmologist if they think it's necessary!. Sounds like you're a little near-sighted and will need glasses or contacts!.
I'm not sure that vitamins and foods can really help, though they can't hurt!. Needing vision correction isn't something that can be reversed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
