Answers:
its a bit complicated at first but trust me!.!.!.youll get the hang of it!.!.!.
just hold the top of your eyelid with one hand and have the contact at the tip of your index on the other and put it in
if your too scared (its ok i was the same way) you can try what i do
i get the contact close to my eye and look away to the side while still holding the eyelid up(make sure you dont let go) and put it in
then carefully close your eye so that it wont pop out of your eye and rup your eyelid with your eyes closed to make sure you have the bubbles out!.!.!.
hope that helped!!!

Well,
make sure before you take out, and put in your contacts you wash your hands with soap for at least 30 seconds!.

Washing your hands, prevents bacteria and other nasty germs from getting onto your contacts and creating an infection in your eye(s)!.

How to put your contacts in:
1)Get out the contact you will be putting in your right eye!. (You will always use the right eye first, putting in and taking out!.) And wash them out good, with the solution!. And check to make sure it is not inside out!. (I would hope the eye doctor, helped you on knowing the difference!.)

2) Place the contact in the middle of your right pointer finger, a tad bit below the top!.

3) Put your left arm over your head and use your left fingers, to hold up your top eyelid, to prevent your self from blinking!.

4) With your contact still on your right pointer finger, take your right Middle Finger, and pull down your right lower eyelid!.

5) Put the contact to your eye, make sure its in front of the colored area of your eye, which is where the contact will sit!.

6) Slowly go towards it, as it starts to stick go slower and slower towards the eye!. Until it is off your finger, onto your eye!. Then blink!. If it hurts, that's just your eyelid feeling it!. If this pain occurs, blink allot for a few moments!. It should hopefully go away!. If it doesn't go away, use your finger and touch it bit moving it slightly!. If the pain doesnt go away you may need to take it out and try again!.

For more information,
go to your eye doctor,
and ask for help!.
My eye doctor actually provided
a private class for me (and other first timers)
to learn how to put in and take out contacts!.

Good luck (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is what i do:

-wash hands with soap
-for the left eye, hold top eye lid up with right hand
-put contact on left index finger (might want to do that first, vice versa for other eye)
-use the other fingers on the left hand to pull eye lid down
-tilt head slightly down and look up
-put contact in eye, half on the white, half on the colored part or whatever works best for you
-look around so the contact slides in to place
-DONT BLINK even though it is hard not to
-when contact is in place, release lids slowly and blink a couple times

ps!. before you put contacts on make sure there is not even the slightest hair or fiber cuz it will burn like hell and make sure there are no air bubbles because that hurts tooWww@Answer-Health@Com

they are really hard to get used to but once you do get used to them they are great!! when i first started wearing contacts it used to take me forever to get them in my eyes!.!.!.!.i remember being at the eye doctor to get them and they had me try putting them in my eyes and i think it took me over an hour to finally get it!
-for you left eye (if you are right handed) take your left hand and pull your eye lid up, put your contact on your index finger on your right hand and use your middle finger on that same hand to pull down the bottom of your eye!.!.!.then pop the contact in your eye!. Close your eye and let the contact get into place by blinking a few times or gently rubbing your eye lid till you feel it slide into place!.!.!.do the same for your right eye
Hope i could help! good luck with your new contacts! one you get the hang of them you will love them!Www@Answer-Health@Com
