Question: Exactly how bad is the computer screen to our eyes!?
I notice that when I use the computer for too long, My eyes start to feel tense and I strain!. I even get horrible head aches!. I know that looking at a computer screen for long will cause these and is even bad for out eyes!.!.!.!. but -exactly- how bad!? I dont want to hear "oh its bad for you"!. EXACTLY how bad is it for me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well dont put your eyes to close to the screen!. It can ruin your vision!. I too get headaches from the computer sometimes!. Let your eyes relax for a few minutes!. Keep a slight distance from the computer and your eyes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
