put a lot of visine or eye drops in your eye so hopefully it slips out faster
move your eye around in little movements or tilt your head
dont rub your eye youll make it worse and it might break into pieces

the first time I put my contacts in at home by myself, I blinked it in my eye!. I freaked out at first, but calmed down after a few minutes!. All I did was lean back and close my eyes for a few minutes before opening them again!. It was coming out from underneath my eyelid a little bit, so I pulled it out as gently as possible and TA-DA! :] Contact out!.

Put some eye drops in, close your eyes, and "look" all around!. Open your eye and check if you can see it!. If you can't, do it again!. If you can, just pluck it out using your (clean) thumb and forefinger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO dont go to sleep in them i have contacts i did tht on accident and they were SUPER dry and my left one got stuck sumwhere in my eyelid hun u DO NOT WANNA go there!.!.anyways good luck look up on youtube on how to take them out or sumtin!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
keep blinking continuously!. then look in the mirror and pull your lids out to see if you can see where it went!. you could also close your eyes and massage your eyelid where you thinkt he contact might beWww@Answer-Health@Com
