All plastic styles can be called "Horn Rimmed" but the second pair is closer to what is typically thought of as Horn Rimmed glasses!. All glasses that can have prescriptions put in them need to be marked!. The adds did not specify if these frames were optical quality, so you are taking a chance if you get them!.
