It's always hard the first time!. When you got your contact lenses, didn't the doctor or nurse show you how to properly care for them and how to put them on!? They should have!.

Anyway, below is a link that should have the answer to your question!. Good luck and be sure to take good care of your eyes - you only get one pair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should have been taught adequately by the practitioner who fitted you!. If they rushed that you need a better practitioner!.

If you just bought them, you should not put them in!. How about if you finally manage that and discover you can't get them out!?

It is absolutely wrong to get and wear contacts, even zero Rx cosmetic ones, without professional fitting and advice!.

Put the contact on your pointer finger!. I usually put a few drops of solution into it so it isn't too dry!. Open your eye a lot by pulling on your top eyelashes with your the hand without the lens and pull on your bottom lid with your middle finger!. Have a look at the videos on this website http://www!.expertvillage!.com/video/39432!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you go to your opthamologist, he or the assistants will show you how to put them in your eyes!. They'll usually do it for you for the first couple of runs and then they'll have you try doing it until you get it!. If no one has showed you how yet, I would suggest you do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes a while!. Sometimes you may even put it on, but find it in a different corner of your eye, just take it out!. The first time it took me 3 hours to get on (I"m lucky i had the time!) But after about 3 weeks, you get the hang of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
