I have the same thing! Thing that will set it off is stress, too much time on the computer and I think lack of sleep!. Mine was a combination of stress and too much computer!. It will pass!. Mine would go for about a week and not happen for about another couple of months!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
In the absence of any other symptoms or history, this is almost always simply stress and fatigue!.
Try for more sleep and a more relaxed lifestyle (if that doesn't just raise a bitter laugh!)
In some people there is a connection with marginally reduced potassium levels: try drinking fresh tomato juice or, if that is abhorrent, eating bananas!.

getting enough sleep helps and taking a look at what is going on in your life will help!. may be B comples vit!. for stress and possably C!. you need to look this up in a nutrition book!. and make your own call!.
My son was getting them and he made a point of sleeping more!. so it has gone away!. your body is talking to you listen!.
So ask yourself!.

2nd!. remember the key to happiness!.
I can control only what I do and how I react to what some one else does!.
I can react in a way that in negative and hurt myself or in a posative way and help myself!.
you always have a choice!. if you remember to ask these questions of yourself, it will reduce your stress levels!. If you know of a breathing technique or a meditation technique those will help as well, as will excersize!. I had the ticks in both eyes after a week or two of meditating they went away!. not to mention revamping how I reacted and thought!.

If it's your eye lid it just means you're in stress or tired!. If it's your eye balls then you'd be better off consulting a doctor!. So I suggest you get more rest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
