Question: How do you put contacts in!?
ive got coloured contacts but im scared of using them!.!.!. help!

It's really hard at first, not because it hurts but because you have to get over the hurdle in your brain of placing something in your eye!. Just make sure you have clean hands, place the contact curved side down on the tip of your finger!. Use one hand to hold your eyelids open!. It helps if you don't look directly at the contact!. Gently place the contact in your eye, blink a few times, and viola! It's really not bad at all once you get used to it and will soon be second nature!. It might take a few tries!.

It takes about a week before you feel comfortable putting them in (and when they actually start feeling okay in your eyes--at least for me), but I do not wear colored contacts!.
Anywho, make sure your contact is "bowl-shaped" and not "saucer-shaped" when you are about to put it into your eyes, and if you can't tell, look closely and see and it should either say ABC or 123 depending on the type of contacts you're using!.
I was scared of poking myself in the eyes with my nails too, but you really have nothing to worry about!. You would honestly have to sit there and try to gouge your eye out to do that!.!.!.it's pretty difficult to poke yourself with your finger when you're putting in contacts!.
It takes a few tries and a lot of practice, but after a few days you'll be fine and it'll just come naturally!.

It takes a while to learn!. I don't have long nails, and they do make it harder to take out (putting in is easier) Put them on your fingertip and open your eye wide and place it on your eye and look around and then blink!. To take it out, slide it off your iris (colored part) and lightly pinch with your fingertips!. That part will take a while to master, but it isnt' that bad!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is very simple to put contact lenses in!. Put the lense on the tip of your finger but on the flat part and slowly put it close to your eye and lense should grab onto your eye!. I hope this helps you!. I was afraid to start wearing lenses but I did not want to wear glasses all the time just take your time putting them in and be careful because they tear very easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
