our eye colour is only there because of the pigment in our boody, the lighter the eye colour the less pigment u have thats y most blonds have blue eyes because pigment also deturmans ur hair colour 2!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Mmmm technically the reason why we have eye colour i sbecause of an aqueous fluid behind the cornea!. it gets reflected and gives off a bluish color (hence, the blue eyes)!. and the darker pigment of fluid you have, the darker the eyes (brown eyes, black eyes, etc)!.
so if a person didn't have that eye fluid at all, then no our eyes wouldn't work properly!. but if we didn't have any PIGMENT but still had the eye fluid, then our eyes would still work because lack of pigment would only cause our eye color to be blue!.
