Eye is irritated from contact...?!
Question: Eye is irritated from contact!.!.!.!?
I left my contacts in for about 3 days straight and i took them out and put them in today and my left eye has been semi irritated-- it feels like there is something in it and it stings!. I just took them out and it still seems to be hurting in the same way!.!.!.Anyone know whats happening and how I can fix it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

leave your lenses out for awhile - a day or two!. you aren't supposed to leave them in that long!. if this problem continues you may have an infection and need medical treatment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Leaving your contacts in for long periods of time starves the front of your eyes of oxygen!. Blood vessels begin to grow in places they aren't supposed to be to get oxygen to the cornea!. When you take the contacts out, the blood vessels were disrupted and it probably was pretty painful!. For relief, go see your eye doc and they can give you some drops to heal and relieve!.
