do I read the letter chart with my glasses on or off!?

when you have the first time glasses ,usually the next glasses come after 4 years ---- also the change of refraction of the eyes to be considered as the time to change the glasses---read---www!.cise!.ufl!.edu/-gu/pu!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have mine with me but I usually read as much of the eyechart as I can without them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
