Question: Are there any vitamins thats good for your eyes!?
im only 14 years old and i have a really bad eye!. (i think i have floaters too)
and i want to take vitamins that are good for my eyes!. my mom has fish-oil vitamins but we are not sure if a 14 year old can take it!.
does anyone know a really good fish-oil vitamins (small pills) that can be taken by a forteen year old!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

just take a multi vitamin it has lute en and omega-3 already in them and are both great for your eyes so is beta-carateen also good for the eye!. It will not help with the floaters though sorry!. I wish there was something you could do about them but you can't!. They also will not improve your vision only glasses will do that (or contacts) because visual acuity has a lot to do with the shape of the eye and the distance from the retina to the cornea and the shape of the cornea itself!. other things come into play to like the thickness of the cornea and other parts of the eye!. Adding vitamins that are good for the eye will help with your eye healthWww@Answer-Health@Com
