Question: Why is my one eye dry but not the other!?
I have been wearing contacts for about 6 years now and have never had any problems other than occasional allergies!. But over these last 2 years I have woken up with my right eye really dry!. At the end of the day my eyes are dry from the contacts, but that's normal!. I just take them out and it's fine!. But when I wake up in the morning my right eye is so dry that I can't open it for a few minutes!. Then it's fine for the rest of the day!. Why does this happen!? I thought it was the AC but it happened even when it was off!. I told my eye doc about this and he just dismissed my question and made me feel kind of dumb!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be some sort of infection, or perhaps something damaged your eye in the past!.
I would try a different eye doctor, yours sounds like a jerk! They are there to help not ignore you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
