How do you take out night contact lenses?!
Question: How do you take out night contact lenses!?
I have night contact lenses but it takes me so long to take them out! My optometrist gave me the little stick pump to get them out but its bad for my eyes so i am trying to learn how to use my fingers to push it out!. help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

With your dominant hand, used your middle finger to pull down the lower lid!. With the other hand, hold the upper lid up with your middle finger!. Using the index finger of your dominant hand, slide the contact off of your iris (the colored part) and down to the outside corner of your eye!. This will cause the contact to bunch up, so you can grasp it between your index finger and thumb!. It's how I take mine out, and it's SO ridiculously easy!. Good luck!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
