Question: Is it dangerous for the eyes to keep looking at a computer screen all day!? !?

I work for eight hours straight behind a omputer in a little cubicle lol
so is this dangerous for my eyes!?!? plus when i get home i sometimes watch some tv/a movie
the computer i use is not one of those fancy flatscreens, its a old fashioned one!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
