Question: What does it mean if your iris's are small!?
i woke up this morning and my iris's(the colored part of your eyes) are freakishly small!.
im kinda scared!.

The iris doesn't change shape, the pupil does!. Are the black dots in the middle of your iris's very very large making the iris seem to disappear!? The iris has muscles attached to it that controls your pupils!. The pupil is the black circle in the center of the iris, which is really an opening in the iris, and it lets light enter the eye!. To see how this works, use a small flashlight to see how your eyes or a friend's eyes respond to changes in brightness!. The pupils will get smaller when the light shines near them and they'll open wider when the light is gone!. This can also be affected by drugs and alcohol (over the counter drugs or RX drugs as well) so thing about anything you've taken over the last several hours!. iris is the thing surrounding your pupil(the black empty circle in which light passes through to the inside of your eye which sends signals to your brain giving you vision)!. When there's a lot of light, your pupils get smaller, but when there's barely any light, your pupils will expand!. try turning the lights on and off while looking at your eyes in the mirror!. it's pretty cool xDWww@Answer-Health@Com
The iris of the eye doesn't expand or contract!. The size of your pupils may change, creating the illusion that your iris is larger or smaller, but if you measured it's size yesterday and this morning, there would be no difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your pupil was very large from taking in a lot of sunlight (black absorbs light) dont worry about it!. look in a mirror, shut off the light, and after 10 seconds turn it back on!. your pupils will get largerWww@Answer-Health@Com
