its important because during the day there is a protein buildup in your lenses which is not good and cleaning them gets rid of it!. cleaning also gets rid of bacteria that could have got there either whilst still in you eye or when you took them out, eg!. from on your fingertip (thats why you must have clean hands when inserting or taking them out!.)many an eye infection has been caught that way!
its also important to change the solution every day-you dont want to put yesterdys bacteria back onto your lense!!

You are just getting bacteria and minute debris out of the lens before putting it on!. You don't want things between the contact and your eye!. It will obstruct your vision and / or be quite uncomfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
build up of protien, and just to mak sure the dirt that has come off them in your solution during the night isnt sitting on your lenses, just like one final rinseWww@Answer-Health@Com
