Question: Help! Why does this happen!?
For some reason, everyday, my left eyelid twitches through out the day!. I wear contacts and mascara, does it have anything to do with that, or is is the season change!? This has never happened to me before, and I am only 14!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you're experiencing is called myokymia, and it is perfectly normal!. It can be caused by stress, fatigue, or even caffeine!.
It will probably go away if you unwind a little and get plenty of sleep at night!. (Both of which can be hard at any age, including age 14!.)

It is not likely that this was caused by makeup, but now that you bring it up, there is an important tip when applying eye makeup, especially since you wear contacts:
Never apply eyeliner on the narrow band of skin between your eyelashes and the white part of your eye, known as the lid margin!. Makeup professionals say that this has the negative affect making the eyes seem smaller!. It also puts you at risk for many eye problems including dry eyes and infections!.
Instead, apply eyeliner below your lower lashes and above your upper lashes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 14 too, and that happens to me sometimes too! It's probably all of the above!.!.the seasons/weather, the makeup could be irritating your eye, and they might be too dry!. You should always make sure that your contacts are very moist and try not to get the mascara in your eye!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
