I want a pair of glasses to wear that will shield my eyes!. I understand that glare ruins our rods and cones!. I do not need corrective lenses, for I have good eyesight!. Are there any glasses available like this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The older CRT monitors with the glass screens would cause reflected glare from lights behind you!. The newer LED monitors are made with a non reflective surface, therefore there is no reflected glare!.
So the only glare possible now is on the front surface of your lenses if you are wearing glasses, which is just a reflection of the lights on the screen!. That is what an anti reflection coating will eliminate!.
But, if you don't wear glasses to begin with, then there is no glare!.
Just turning down the brightness of your screen a bit, and balancing the back lighting is all that is needed if you are finding it too bright!.
Putting on non corrective glasses are only providing a surface for reflections to happen on, then eliminating them again with the anti reflection coating!.!.!.so it is quite futile and useless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can get plano lenses with anti reflective coating put on them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get some sunglasses with polarized lenses!. they cut the glare that is what skiers use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
