When I went for my physical at MEPS, the military doctor told me I had a high my refraction was over 8!. Then they sent me to see a private doctor who said he couldn't get me to see 20/20 but only 20/30 and 20/25!. My uncorrected vision is 20/400!. They requested a medical waiver for me but it got denied due to high refraction!. The recruiter told me it's like there is a hole in my eye seems like i have starred at the sun too much and my eyes must have got burned!. I tried all the AF, Army, Navy and the Guard!. I wanted to be an MP but now I have decided to be a Legal Assistant in the Marines or Army!.
The army won't accept lasik surgery!. Do I have an alternative to fix my vision and the high refraction issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
