I sometimes get this if I stand up too quickly or if I'm dehydrated!. If you can't find a simple explanation for it then I think you should see the optometrist to be on the safe side!Www@Answer-Health@Com
With me it means I'm going to get a bad headache and if I take something while I'm seeing the sparks the headache won't be as bad or it will all go away!.Mine is usually a migrane or a sinus headache,but I hate to diagnose you if it's something more serious!.Maybe you should call a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
could be an ocular migraine - which may or may not include head pain!. Are the flashes of light accompanied by an increased number of spots in your vision!? If so contact your optometrist right away!. Those are signs of a retinal detachment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
